ACACIA Eco-Living es un proyecto de bienes raíces socialmente responsable establecido en Managua, Nicaragua. Este desarrollo pertenece a la empresa AEISA Desarrollos Inmobiliarios, con más de 20 años de experiencia en Colombia y Costa Rica, cuyo objetivo principal es la venta de casas y lofts de lujo.

La empresa deseaba posicionar a ACACIA Eco-Living como un proyecto de alta calidad, estable y confiable. Asimismo, deseaba llegar a personas con un alto poder adquisitivo, incrementar las ventas y mostrar la identidad de la marca con el fin de atraer clientes en el momento de toma de decisiones.

Para hacerle frente a este reto, ACACIA Eco-Living se asoció con Newlink Group y desarrollaron una estrategia en Facebook. El plan de comunicación combinó varios pilares: estilo de vida, detalles de las propiedades y posicionamiento corporativo. El objetivo era asegurar que el contenido relevante fuera dirigido al proceso de toma de decisiones de los clientes, desde el descubrimiento del proyecto hasta el empuje final de ventas.
