Our interns and trainees work closely with experienced Newlinkers in the different areas of expertise and disciplines that directly support clients as well as our finance, IT, human resources and organizational development units.
Our interns and trainees become an integral part of client teams, immersed at all levels of service, from shadowing strategy development to participating in meetings, calls and project execution. They also get to experience behind-the-scenes activities at Newlink, such as brainstorming sessions and sit-downs with senior leadership. We welcome our interns and trainees as they embark on a professional journey that will challenge them with new ways of working and inspire them with new ways of thinking. In turn, we and our organization are enriched by their passion, ideas, enthusiasm and fresh perspectives.
Summer Internship Program (SIP)
Every summer, Newlink opens its doors to outstanding students from top U.S. universities, inviting them to participate in our Summer Internship Program.
Over the course of a 10-week period, these young Newlinkers receive hands-on experience in market research, analytics, content development, crisis management, marketing activations, event management and much more.
While our program emphasizes professional development, it does not leave out fun. Our interns go on several field trips and participate in team-building and corporate social responsibility activities designed to foster collaboration and to instill the sense of shared purpose that is the cornerstone of Newlink's business philosophy.
Many of our most valued employees started their Newlink careers as a trainee, intern or summer intern.
